1. Are all the puzzles in PZLS WRLD used puzzles?
   • For now, yes. They are all used puzzles upcycled (or sold) by fellow puzzlers.
   • As the site grows and develops, new puzzles will be offered.

2. How do I buy a puzzle?
   • Browse through available puzzles.
   • Click on the image to see puzzle details.
   • If you wish to buy the puzzle, add to cart.
   • Once done choosing, hover through the "shopping cart" found on the upper right corner of the site, and click "check out."
   • Follow check out process; once done, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. How do I sell a puzzle?

   • Register as a new customer if you haven't done so already. After registering, simply login.

   • On your My Account dashboards, choose "sell my puzzle"

   • Enter the details about the puzzle to sell:

     • Leave manufacturer to default (for now)

     • Select category

     • Enter product Name

     • Enter product description

     • Enter product price

     • Enter weight (in pounds)

     • Enter height (in inches)

     • Enter Width (in inches)

     • Enter length (in inches)

     • Snap a pic of your puzzle > upload image > choose file > open > submit

   • Your puzzle is now uploaded to be sold.

4. How do I know my puzzle was sold? And what do I do next?

   • You will get an email notification and a shipping label to use to mail your puzzle to the buyer.

   • Pack your puzzle with care (preferably using recycled packaging) and attach shipping label.

   • Drop it off to your nearest USPS (Postal Office).
