THE PUZZLER’S GOLDEN RULE

Sell a puzzle you yourself consider in good or excellent condition and doesn’t have any missing pieces. That is the oath of a puzzler to a fellow puzzler.

We are a community of puzzlers. While we will have new puzzles to be sold in the future, fellow puzzlers buy and sell used puzzles in our website and expect each one of the sellers to be selling puzzles in good condition and with no missing pieces.

Given puzzles are low-priced and shipping is an added expense, we highly appreciate everyone abiding by our Puzzler’s Golden Rule.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or have a missing piece, so that we can evaluate the issue, reach out to the seller (if you haven’t already done so), and make it right.
